The Healthcare & Insurance Operations Associate role involves processing adjudication claims, resolving paymentdenials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare insurance policies. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in claimant pressing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to meetclient SLAs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Adjudication claims and resolvefor payment and Denials
- Knowledge in handling authorization,COB, duplicate, pricing and correctedclaims process
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policyconcepts including in network, out ofnetwork providers, deductible,coinsurance, co-pay, out of pocket,maximum inside limits and exclusions,state variations
- Ensuring accurate and timely completionof transactions to meet or exceed clientSLAs
- Organizing and completing tasksaccording to assigned priorities.Developing and maintaining a solidworking knowledge of the healthcareinsurance industry and of all products,services and processes performed by theteam
- Resolving complex situations followingpre-established guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- 1-3 years of experience in processingclaims adjudication and adjustmentprocess Experience of Facets is an addedadvantage.
- Experience in professional (HCFA),institutional (UB) claims (optional)Both under graduates and post graduate scan apply Good communication (Demonstrate strong reading comprehension andwriting skills)
- Able to work independently, stronganalytic skills
