They help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace withcustomer expectations, navigateregulatory and operational pressuresand ensure business sustainability bytransforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Core Banking operations, including payments,involve the essential functions thatsupport a bank daily activity. This includes managing customeraccounts, it includes account opening,KYC processing transactions,handling deposits and withdrawals,and facilitating payments (Example -SWIFT, EFT etc).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral togeneral guidelines·
- Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor·
- In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
- The decisions that you make impact your own work and areclosely supervised. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team witha predetermines, narrow Scope ofwork
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
