ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as a Junior Service Desk/Helpdesk/ Desktop SupportEngineer, providing first-level ITsupport.
- Provide technical assistance to global users through calls, chats,and tickets.
- Log, prioritize, and manageincidents and service requests inthe ticketing system as per definedSLAS.
- Recognize, diagnose, and resolvebasic technical issues by engagingwith users and following standardtroubleshooting steps.
- Troubleshoot isSues related tooperating systems, MS Officeapplications, email, internetconnectivity, and peripheraldevices.
- Escalate or route complex issuesto next-level IT support teamsfollowing standard procedures.
- Maintain proper documentationof incidents, solutions, and userinteractions.
- Follow IT policies, processes, andinformation security guidelines.
- Work in night shifts to supportusers across the USA and otherglobal locations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Engineering / Science graduate(or equivalent qualification). 2025,2026 passed out.
- Experience Criteria: Fresher
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English.
- Basic hands-on knowledge oflaptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Understanding of operatingsystems (Windows) and MS Officetools.
- Good problem solving andanalytical skills
- Ready to work in rotational shiftscovering 24/7 support
