You will be aligned with their FinanceOperations vertical and will be helping them indetermining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Procureto Pay is the process of managing the entirepurchasing cycle from ordering goods andservices to making the final payment. Itincludes steps like requisitioning, purchasing,receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. Thisprocess helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Effective procure to Pay systems streamline operations and improve financial management.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role you are required to solveroutine problems, largely throughprecedent and referral to general guidelines
- Your primary interaction is within yourown team and your direct supervisor
- In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
- The decisions that you make impact yourown work and are closely supervised
- You will be an individual contributor as apart of a team with a predetermined,narrow Scope of work
