Accounts Payable in Chennai.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices as per the standardoperating procedures and meet thetargets.
- Resolve discrepant invoices as per thestandard operating procedures.
- Reporting activities – Generate andupdate the AP.
- Passing rectification entries for the errorsidentified by internal QC team
- Perform quality Check Select Invoices forpayment and release as per the standardoperating procedures.
- Create/Update Vendor Master recordsbased on Standard operation procedures.
- Must provide Innovative ideas to improveprocesS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- B.com/BBA(Finance) / M.Com /MBA(Finance).
- Good understanding on MS applications.
- 0-1Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good written/oral communication skills inEnglish
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
- Good analytical skills and should be a teamplayer.
- Willingness to work in complexenvironment with strict deadlines onprojects
