JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred majorsinclude Finance, Accounting, Economics,Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- Preferrable Master’s Degree /MBA
- Additional Preferable skills required forthis senior portfolio role.
- Certifications: CFA (Chartered FinancialAnalyst), CPA (Certified PublicAccountant), or CMA (CertifiedManagement Accountant).
- Technical Proficiencies: AdvancedMicrosoft Excel (pivot tables, macros,financial modeling), SQL, Python, or datavisualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Core Skills: Financial forecasting, varianceanalysis, budgeting
- Business Partnering and FinanceManagement
- Support India Finance lead (MobileTechnical Services) & Line of Business Leadin the handling of business, operational,financial decision making, risk mitigationand other financial advice;
- Ensure timely production of annualbudgets / quarterly forecasts for theportfolio;
- Monitoring and review of financial KPls;
- Process implementation andimprovements;
- Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, includingidentification, monitoring and analysis
- Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
- Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting andvariance analyses• Annual budget & quarterly forecasts
- Data Management, Policies & Procedures& Audit
- Ensure that service AgreementWorkAuthorization/PO/Rate cards are in placeand in line with JLL policies.
- Ensure Vendor agreements/Ratecards/timesheets are maintained andreviewed from time to time.
- Ensure that appropriate processes andsystems control are planned, implementedand maintained to guarantee the integrityof all transactions;
- Ensure that all financial accounting andreporting is audit worthy/ready and inkeeping with recognized qualitymanagement processes by way of ensuringdata accuracy and integrity of the systenms.
- Working with different finance teams (i.eControllership, FP&A teams) tocompliance to accounting standards suchas revenue recognition (fee at risk), costcapitalisation and etc.
- Invoice Payments & Billings
- Govern Vendor Payments process.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billings &Revenue recognition.
- Support and maintain all necessaryguidelines and manuals associated withthe accounts payable /receivable process
- Accountable for the timely coordination ofthe company invoice processing andmonitoring the accounts receivableensuring management of company cashflow.Optimizing working capital and monitoringliquidity on the account.
- Develop andexecute strategies to maximize cashefficiency while minimizing financial risks.
