The Analyst is responsible for conducting aperiodic review/Onboarding in line with clientpolicy to fulfil Know Your Customer (KYC)requirements. You will be expected to deliveragainst targets for both productivity andquality, managing your own pipeline andtaking onboard feedback from approvers whoare responsible for quality checking cases.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requires ability tO work to high standardsof quality in performing corporate renewalreviews of Know Your Customer (KYC)due diligence
- Understand client policy and proceduresand how to apply
- Understanding informationdocumentation requirements forcorporate structures in KYC context/evidence requirements
- In depth knowledge of corporatestructures i.e. privately owned or publiccompanies, trusts and partnerships
- Proactive review and follow-up onreferrals and queries
- Ability to determine needs for escalationto Subject Matter Expert (SME) / TeamLeads where necessary
- Manage caseload throughout end-to-endprocess in timely manner
- Monitor actual performance to plan andmake decisions to ensure businessobjectives are maintained
- Source data from several sources/systemsand accurately transfer to primary system.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Work experience: Looking for Freshers.Knowledge on KYC/AML will be an addedadvantage
